Overview
A common problem with automotive optics. This is how the headlight looked before sealing, the reason for the headlight fogging was that the factory sealant had lost its functionality. This led to global condensation inside the headlamp unit, which has a detrimental effect on the wiring inside the headlamp, as well as chrome elements.

After disassembling the headlamp, the unit was dried, the chrome parts were cleaned of dirt, dust and condensation stains. The lens was also disassembled and cleaned. The headlight glass was washed from water stains. The factory sealant was removed from the headlamp unit gutter and a new thermal sealant was applied.

After the work is done, the headlamp is sealed and clean. The seams of the headlamp unit are assembled as from the factory, it is almost impossible to tell whether the headlamp has been disassembled.
