Overview

According to the owner, the car had been serviced by other specialists several times to solve the problem of fogging headlights. After restoring the tightness of the headlights, the car headlights continued to fog up.
The car owner contacted our service with the same problem so that our service could fix the problem caused by the previous mechanics.
The car headlights were removed from the body and completely disassembled. The headlight units were dried, cleaned and the headlight glass was washed. The factory sealant in the headlight unit groove was removed, as well as foreign materials in the headlight unit seam. This was probably silicone for industrial use. New sealant was applied to the headlight block groove, the car headlights were reassembled to their original appearance and installed on the car body. The headlights were sanded and polished, then covered with polyurethane film to protect them from stones and chemicals on the road or at the car wash.
