Condition of headlights before work
The owner of a Nissan Juke with factory halogen optics contacted us. The headlights had long failed to meet the requirements for safe night driving, and when one of the headlights failed, patience ran out. During diagnostics, it was found that the main problem was in the halogen lamp reflector. The headlight glass was in excellent condition, so no additional polishing was required.

Installation of bi-xenon lenses
Among the proposed options for upgrading the lights, the owner chose to install 3.0" bi-xenon lenses. The service specialists disassembled the headlights, prepared them for the integration of new lenses, and installed the bi-xenon modules in their standard location.

Testing and sealing
After installing the new lenses, the headlights were sealed and checked for fogging. After testing, they were reinstalled on the car.

Light adjustment
Next, we performed precise light adjustment of the new lenses on an adjustment stand in accordance with DSTU and ECE standards.

Light before and after
The result of the upgrade is that instead of dim halogen lights, there is now a clear and bright xenon beam that provides comfort and safety when driving at night.
