Condition of headlights before work
A Nissan Pathfinder with factory halogen headlights, whose light was far from desirable, arrived at our service centre. Driving at night with such lights was dangerous, so the owner decided to install 3.0" bi-lenses and upgrade the optics by adding modern LED DRLs with a turn signal function.

Manufacturing and installation of LED DRLs
A custom LED DRL module with a turn signal function was manufactured for the car, after which the diodes were integrated into the interior of the optics. After adjusting and synchronising the DRL with the rear optics and turn repeaters, the specialists proceeded to install new bi-lenses.

Bi-lens installation and testing
3.0" bi-lenses were installed in the headlights, after which they were sealed and tested for fogging.

Light adjustment
The correct light geometry was adjusted on the adjustment stand in accordance with DSTU and ECE standards.

Light before and after modernisation
Comparison of light performance before and after installing bi-lenses — the result is impressive: a bright and clear light beam with the correct light-shadow boundary.
