Overview
Restoring headlight transparency through preventive maintenance of car optics. Cleaning the inside of the headlights is necessary over the years of car operation. Since car headlights have nozzles, dust gets in through them in any case. This dust and carbon deposits from the lamps cause the car optics to become cloudy and the light output to drop significantly.
But at our service centre, you can always restore your headlights to their former appearance and shine and restore the light output on the road, and if you wish, you can improve your car’s lighting.

These car headlights fall into the ‘non-removable’ category — but this is just a myth! At our service, we do not cut car headlights in a vandalistic manner, we do not cut the headlight glass, and we do not use other methods of ‘vandalism’! We disassemble headlights of this type strictly along the factory seam. The condition of the Volkswagen headlights before disassembly leaves much to be desired, with cloudiness on the inside of the glass and lenses caked with xenon lamp deposits from the entire period of the car's operation.

The car headlights were disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, washed and dried, along with all decorative elements of the car's optics. After preventive maintenance, the car headlights are reassembled to their original factory appearance and installed on the car body. The headlights are sealed using only factory sealant!

Before installing the headlights on the car, they were sanded and polished. They were also covered with a protective film for further operation in an aggressive environment.
