Headlight glass damage after an accident

Car optics can be damaged even in a minor collision. Sometimes the headlight housing and its mountings remain intact, but the glass cracks or breaks. This is exactly the problem that the owner of a BMW X5 e70 came to us with.
A headlight with broken glass, damaged in a road accident, was delivered to our service centre. Despite the impact, the housing mountings, internal components and the reflector itself remained intact. In such cases, quick and affordable headlight repair is possible without replacing the entire optics.
Repair without replacing the headlight

Car Light Design specialists removed the old glass fragments, cleaned the inside of the headlight housing from dust, chips and small debris, and then installed a new replacement glass. This restored the headlight's aesthetic appearance and functionality without the need to purchase a new original part.
