The light became dim due to dust and lamp wear
The owner of a Mercedes-Benz GL550 contacted us with a request for preventive maintenance of the car optics. Although the headlights remained functional, the internal components were noticeably dusty and the lenses had lost their transparency. This significantly reduced the intensity of the light, especially at night.

Disassembly of headlights, replacement of lamps and light adjustment
To restore the quality of the lighting, we disassembled the headlights and thoroughly cleaned all internal components of dust, small dirt particles and sealant residue. The next step was to replace the worn bulbs with new Philips D1S bulbs. After installation, we adjusted the light boundaries on the stand to ensure perfect focus and uniform illumination.

Preventive maintenance result: clean optics and powerful light
After all the procedures, the headlights became clear again and evenly illuminate the road. Such updates extend the service life of the optics and restore the comfort of night driving.
