Diagnosing the problem
We were contacted by the owner of a Mercedes-Benz GLE, whose headlights were fogging up badly — a large amount of moisture was accumulating inside the housing. The driver understood that continuing to operate the car with such a headlight could lead to the internal electronics burning out and loss of light, which would result in expensive repairs or complete replacement of the headlight.

Repair and sealing
Car Light Design specialists performed diagnostics, disassembled the headlight, removed moisture and thoroughly cleaned all internal components. Next, they sealed the housing to prevent condensation from forming again. After the work was completed, the headlight was ready for use again, and the internal components were reliably protected from moisture.
