Overview

The car owner wanted to buy new headlights from the USA, but after visiting our service centre and receiving detailed advice, he wondered whether it was worth buying new headlights if the old originals could be restored.
The car arrived at our Car Light Design service centre in this condition. Our technicians removed the headlights from the car body, completely disassembled and cleaned all the elements inside the headlight unit.
The car glass was completely washed from xenon lamp deposits. The lenses in American cars are very high quality, even after many years of use, they are in excellent condition. We cleaned the chrome coating of the lens reflector and decorative mask and installed new Philips D1S 4.300K lamps. The car headlights were reassembled to their original condition and installed on the car.

After the work was completed, the car's optics really stood out! After installation on the body, the car headlights underwent a complete polishing and film coating cycle.
