Overview
The reason for assembling and disassembling these headlights was an accident, which resulted in the adaptive mechanism headlights being broken. The car owner contacted us with a question about restoring these headlights. The headlights can be restored, but is it worth it? No, the easiest way is to find Volvo XC60 halogen optics and use the headlight housing as installation material.

All the wiring and the adaptive mechanism had to be removed from the adaptive headlights. Everything had to be completely discarded from the halogen optics. The wiring was also removed from the headlight unit. Our auto electrician diagnosed the wiring of the adaptive mechanism and installed all the wiring in the previously prepared headlight unit. The installation technicians installed the adaptive mechanism and checked its performance.

They also installed decorative elements on the headlight unit and secured them.

The headlight units were ready to be covered with glass, and the new headlights were ready to be used.
