Overview
These headlights arrived from the USA to their new owner, and were advertised for sale as refurbished. But after installation on the car body, the headlights began to fog up. Not very badly, but there was fogging! The car owner decided to check the performance of these headlights and contacted our service centre. After diagnostics, several defects were found that had been missed by previous repairers.

Some of the block joints were letting moisture into the headlights, and several of the headlight block mounting brackets were broken, which was also letting moisture in. We took the headlights and started fixing the leaks.

The broken fasteners were soldered and reinforced for reliable fastening of the plastic. We sealed the headlight block seam, eliminating the leak along the seam of the headlight block and glass! After completing the work, we performed diagnostics again and, after making sure that the headlights were completely sealed, installed them on the car body.
