Reason for contacting us: LED module failure
The owner of a Mercedes-Benz GLC contacted our service with the following problem: the high beam stopped working. Unlike halogen or xenon headlights, LED optics cannot simply have the bulb replaced — a module failure means that the entire unit must be replaced.

Due to the burnt-out LED module, the headlight lost its functionality and light distribution, which affected traffic safety, especially at night.

Diagnostics and headlight removal
To get to the LED module, it was necessary to partially dismantle the front of the car:
- The bumper was removed to access the optics
- The headlight was carefully dismantled
- The malfunction of the high beam module was confirmed

The process of replacing the Mercedes-Benz GLC LED module
The original Mercedes-Benz GLC headlight LED module was carefully dismantled and replaced with a compatible donor module from the American version of the optics. The technicians opened the headlight without damaging the housing, installed a new LED element that is fully compatible with the car's factory electronics, and then sealed it with heat-resistant sealant, ensuring reliable protection against moisture and re-fogging.

Result
After completing the headlight assembly, we performed a full check of its operation. The optics successfully restored the low and high beam functions, no errors appeared on the instrument panel, and the headlight was confirmed to be completely sealed — there are no signs of condensation inside.
