Overview
The owner of this car contacted us with a request to restore the original appearance of his car’s headlights. We offered to modernise the car’s lights, not just restore the shine of the optics, but also make the light on the road comfortable and safe.

The condition of the headlights when they arrived at our service centre. The protective coating on the optics was damaged, and the glass had become cloudy and yellow after the owner had taken the car to a ‘headlight polisher’ - unfortunately, due to a lack of professional approach, the factory protective coating had been burned off by a polishing machine. Fortunately, our service centre can restore even such glass. You can see the result below.

The car headlights were brought to us removed, as the car bumper was being painted. The installation kit included Galaxy G5 3.0 inch bi-xenon lenses, H1 Integra 4.300K bulbs and 55w Fast Bright ignition units. After installing the bi-xenon lenses in the car headlights, the car optics underwent a complete cycle of grinding and polishing.

The headlights were modernised and restored. They were covered with protective polyurethane film and installed on the car body. After installation on the car, the light from the installed lenses was adjusted on a test bench in accordance with all necessary standards.

Unfortunately, we do not have a comparative photo of the light, but owners of reflector optics know what the light of a conventional reflector headlight with a halogen bulb or LED bulbs looks like.
