Overview
The reason this car came to our service centre was careless treatment of the car bumper. A slight touch with the bumper resulted in damage to the headlight glass and headlight unit. Cracks and broken headlight mountings led to an unpleasant problem — the headlight fogging up.

The car owner contacted us in time with a problem of fogging headlights. The headlight was removed from the car body and diagnosed. Cracks and broken mounting brackets of the headlight unit to the car body were immediately detected.

The car headlight was completely disassembled and dried from water inside the headlight block. The chrome elements of the headlight and the fasteners, as well as the headlight block, were cleaned and soldered. Qashqai headlights are also classified as non-removable, but our professionals disassemble such headlights without cutting the headlight housing or the glass itself! The factory sealant is rubber, and our service used the same sealant to close the headlight after the repair. After the repair, the car headlight was secured to the car body and the headlight functionality was checked.
