Overview

A common problem with Japanese cars is the lack of light on the road. The reason for the loss of light is usually a faulty xenon lamp in the car’s halogen light module.
In addition to the light being lost due to incorrect bulbs in the lens, the film simply does not allow the necessary light to pass through to the road surface due to yellowing, chips and scratches. At our service centre, this car was completely refurbished for the car owner. We are used to seeing such headlights, but will the car owner be surprised after the work done on his optics?
The factory lenses in the car's headlights were replaced with Galaxy G5 3.0 inch bi-xenon lenses for H1 bulbs with 55w Fast Bright ignition blocks! The light-shadow boundary was adjusted, the block was cleaned and the headlight block mountings were soldered. The car headlights were sanded and polished, and after the work was completed, the headlights were covered with polyurethane film for further protection.
