Why the owner of a Mercedes-Benz w210 turned to the service
The Mercedes-Benz W210 came to the service centre due to a serious deterioration in headlight performance. Despite the relatively normal appearance of the optics, the halogen lamps provided almost no illumination of the road. Adjusting and replacing the lamps did not help — the headlights functioned more like parking lights than a source of illumination.

Diagnostics and decision
After diagnostics, it was determined that the halogen optics had lost their light output due to the depletion of the lens reflectors. The only effective solution was to install 3.0-inch bi-xenon lenses, which provide a powerful and clear light beam in accordance with safety standards.

The process of installing lenses in Mercedes-Benz w210 headlights
Our specialists dismantled the front headlights, unpacked them at the factory seam and installed new bi-xenon modules. After installation, the housing was sealed to eliminate the risk of fogging. The headlights were installed on the car, connected to the electrical system and prepared for adjustment on the test bench.

Light adjustment on the test bench
The headlights were calibrated in accordance with DSTU and ECE standards. The correct position of the light-shadow boundary ensures that the light illuminates the road as much as possible and does not blind oncoming traffic.
