Overview
Previously, the owner of this car contacted the service centre to have his car headlights tuned. The service centre that painted the headlight mask and installed ‘angel eyes’ did not take into account that the headlights had to be reassembled correctly!
This resulted in an unpleasant situation for the car owner, as the headlight simply fogged up.

When the car arrived at our service centre, our mechanics noticed an interesting material on the headlight block seam. The material was very similar to industrial silicone.

The car headlight was removed from the body and cleaned of ‘silicone’ on the headlight block seam. The glass was separated from the headlight block, and the sealant and silicone residue were removed from the headlight block groove. The headlight unit was dried and the glass was washed to remove any accumulated water. New sealant was applied to the headlight unit groove and the car headlight was reassembled to its original appearance. It was installed on the car body and tested for proper operation.
