When a breakdown is a chance for improvement
The owner of a Mitsubishi Outlander contacted our service with an unusual problem — a cracked halogen headlight lens. Although the headlight housing remained intact, the module itself was destroyed. The cause was unknown, but we had to act quickly.

The choice is not just repair, but modernisation
After inspecting the optics, we offered two options: simply replace the halogen lens or switch to modern bi-xenon lights. The owner chose the second option — more powerful light, better visibility and a new look. It was also decided to paint the reflectors in a stylish matte black colour to emphasise the depth and visual volume of the headlights.

The result — both outside and inside
Our specialists installed 3-inch bi-xenon lenses, painted the reflector, carefully sanded and polished the headlights. Then they covered them with SunTek protective polyurethane film. This will protect the headlight glass from ultraviolet rays, dirt, gravel and aggressive environmental influences all year round.

Light adjustment: the finishing touch
The final stage was the professional adjustment of the new bi-xenon lenses on the test bench. Thanks to the precise adjustment of the light beam, we achieved a clear distribution of light on the road, which guarantees safe driving in the dark.

Before and after: the difference is clear
After completion of the work, the new headlights produce a powerful, even beam without glare or gaps. The difference in lighting before and after the upgrade is striking.
