Initial condition and reasons for replacement

The owner of a Honda Pilot contacted us after an unsuccessful headlight upgrade — 2.5-inch xenon lenses had been installed. At first, the result seemed satisfactory, but over time, the bulbs and ignition units had to be replaced constantly without any improvement in the light. Visibility at night remained poor.
Removing the old lenses and preparing for the upgrade

We decided to replace the lenses with 3.0-inch bi-xenon lenses and completely restore the glass by polishing it and covering it with SunTek polyurethane film.
Installation of new lenses and restoration of optics

The old modules were replaced with new 3.0-inch bi-xenon ones. After assembling the headlights with a new sealed seam, the glass was polished and protected with film.
Light adjustment and final result

After adjusting the light on the stand, the headlights began to provide uniform and powerful illumination, ensuring safe driving at night.
