How we restored the brightness of the Ford Mondeo headlights
A Ford Mondeo came to our service centre with noticeably dimmer headlights. There were two reasons for this: worn xenon lenses and slight clouding of the glass. To restore the light, we decided not only to replace the lenses, but also to polish the headlight glass.

Stage 1. Complete replacement of xenon lenses
We replaced the standard xenon lenses with new 3.0-inch bi-lenses. After that, we reassembled the headlights and carefully polished the glass to maximise the light output.

Stage 2. Precise light adjustment on a test bench
After installing the new lenses and polishing the glass, we adjusted the light on a professional test bench. This allowed us to achieve a clear light-shadow boundary and the correct light direction.

The result is immediately visible
After completing the work, the car's light became much more powerful and uniform. The new bi-lenses, combined with original Osram D1S bulbs and SunTek protective film, ensure durability and quality of light.
